DIY Confetti Dipped Ornaments

xmasornamentcraft

We’re back with another holiday DIY from PBteen crafter extraordinaire Laurel of A Bubbly Life blog to show us how to get extra festive this holiday season! Take it away, Laurel!

Hey PBteen, it’s Laurel from A Bubbly Life blog. Today I want to chat confetti! Confetti is so much fun, the only downside can be the mess.  The good news is that today’s DIY includes both confetti AND very little mess, pretty great, right?! One of my favorite parties to have before Christmas is a DIY ornament party. It’s a great way to get your friends together and do something crafty! I love these confetti dipped ornaments to make with friends, because you can use so many different colors and everyone can have their own creative, colorful spin.  Of course, I went with my favorite colors — pink & gold! Here’s what you’ll need for your own…

Materials:

  • Confetti
  • Mod Podge (or glue of your choice)
  • Paint Brush
  • Plain Ornaments
  • Bowl

Instructions:

STEP 1: Fill a bowl with confetti.

So easy, too. (And a minimal mess to clean!) Remember to keep the leftover confetti for New Year’s and create more fun & festive trinkets for your 2015 NYE party.
