DIY Stamped Cactus Scarf

cactusscarvf
Alohaaaa! Laurel from A Bubbly Life here again to do a new DIY stamped scarf! Last Summer, we made a pineapple stamped scarf for the perfect lightweight scarf to throw in your beach bag when that cool ocean breeze hits. This Summer, it is all about the cactus!

diymaterialscactusscarfMaterials:

  • White Scarf
  • Foam Paper Sheet
  • Scissors
  • Jar Lid or Wood Block
  • Glue
  • Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • Cardboard/Newspaper

cactusscarfDirections:

To create your stamp, draw your cactus onto the foam paper. Cut the shape out and glue to your jar lid (I use jar lids for stamps because I always have them around.)

You can either dip your stamp into the paint and press onto the scarf or I like to brush the paint onto the foam and then stamp. Repeat until your scarf is complete!

I used two colors for the cactus- but you can use as many paint colors or as little paint colors as you want! You can also make the stamp smaller or larger, it is very easy to do!
